When can I check in? What time is check-out?
Your room will be available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For a surcharge, we can ensure that your room is available earlier. To request this service, please contact us no later than the day before your arrival. You can check out any time up until noon. For a surcharge, we can provide you with a later check-out time. To request this service, please contact us no later than the day before your departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us free of charge before check-in on your arrival day and after check-out on your departure day.

Is the hotel suitable for non-smokers? Do you have smoking rooms? Where can I smoke?
The ARCOTEL Rubin is a non-smoking hotel. It is thus prohibited to smoke either in the common areas or the guest rooms.
Is there Wi-Fi / business centre / hot spots/ internet terminals?
All guest rooms and public areas of the hotel have wireless internet access. In addition, during your stay we offer you our Media Box with newspapers and magazines from 58 countries in 38 languages free of charge. After successfully logging into the hotel network, you can browse through the Media Box.
What do I do if I want to confirm my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?
You can also transfer the amount of your reservation in advance, or send us a written acceptance of costs on company letterhead.

We do not offer a foreign currency exchange service. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB.

The underground parking garage has 98 parking spaces. As it is also open to the public, no reservations can be made.
