Barrier-free Rooms

The ARCOTEL Rubin Hamburg received the award "accessibility tested" in two categories according to the criteria set by the nationwide "Travel for All" label. These categories are the following – "barrier-free for people with mobility problems" and "partially wheelchair accessible for wheelchair users" (period of validity: June 2016 – May 2019). Choose your favourite pillow

To ensure a comfortable night, we additionally offer a fine selection of different pillows. Along the Irish proverb "a good laugh and a good sleep are the two best cures for anything" - choose your favourite pillow now and fall asleep cozy and relaxed.  You only need to take your room telephone, dail 2888 and our staff will bring your desired pillow directly into your room! This service depends on the pillows' availability.

All the beds of ARCOTEL Rubin have mattresses made by the Austrian high-quality manufacturer JOKA.


The hotel has 2 rooms equipped especially for handicapped persons.

The entrance of the hotel and WIENER KAFFEE, Café & Restaurant are accessible without steps. The rooms are accessible via elevator. The entire seminar and meeting space is suitable for wheelchair users.
