    Absolutely excellent hotel! Staff are very polite, Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very very clean and very impressive. If you are considering this hotel you wont be disappointed.

    Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean with big rooms and has a very perfect location. Will absolutely stay there again and I can highly recommend this hotel.

    Super modern hotel in a great location. Very clean, great staff, cozy bar area. Whether you want to get around by bus, U-bahn, or S-bahn, they are all right there. Many things to see and do writhing walking distance, as well.

    I was staying in Junior Suite 424 for two nights 17- 19 November. The room wasn't serviced after the first night and I informed reception. This was still not done when I returned. The same situation happened on the second night. I told the Front Desk about it when I checked-out and they didn't seem to care. This is unacceptable and as a result I cannot recommend this hotel which claims to be four star!

    Very good hotel, clean and tidy, modern and quiet. Highly recommended. Breakfast a bit expensive. Once you spent 250€ for a room I do not see any reason to add 19€ each for breakfast.

    Eventhough in general we had a good time,i have to underline 3 things that i was surprised negatively.NO ENGLISH channels?how do you expect foreign visitors?2)To most hotels we go they offer 2 free bottle of waters as welcome dring,you charge 4.95? 3)Sauna closes at 5? Other than that no compalaints..

    Very pleasant staff, nice relaxing public areas, nice room. Hotel is in a good locale for visiting all areas of Hamburg. Would have thought an international hotel would have had some English channels on the tv. Enjoyed my stay great hotel overall.
