Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?

What do I do if I wish to confirm my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?
You are welcome to transfer the amount in advance. Please note, we can only guarantee the reservation once the amount has been received in our account.

What happens to my room if I arrive after 6.00 p.m.?
If you have not guaranteed your reservation (by credit card or payment transfer), we reserve the right to reallocate your room if required.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel, or from the hotel to the airport?
Public Vienna Airport Lines buses stop directly in front of the hotel. We’d be happy to book a personal taxi for you. Find more tips on arriving without a car under “Public transport”.

Where can I park my car?
The hotel has its own garage with a daily charge of EUR 22.00 per parking space. You can find more information under “Car and parking

Is the reception staffed 24 hours a day?
Yes, a member of our team is available for you at all times.

Can I pay with credit card?
The ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Euro/MasterCard and Visa.

Can I change money in the hotel?
We are happy to change smaller amounts at reception for an exchange fee of 7.5%.

Does the hotel offer internet access?
Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the entire building. Please contact reception for your personal access code. You can also use a free internet terminal at reception.

Can I have my laundry done at the hotel?
You are welcome to had in personal laundry for washing. Our laundry can also offer an express service.

Does the hotel allow pets?
Pets are permitted in the ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser. A fee of EUR 15.00 per pet per day applies.

Are the rooms in the hotel air-conditioned?
All the hotel rooms and public areas are air-conditioned.

Does the hotel have a fitness area?
Our extended wellness & fitness area is available on the fifth floor: This includes experience showers, steam bath, sauna and modern fitness equipment. For an extra charge, you can also use a Power Plate.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Our UNO restaurant with terrace is open daily from 6.30 to 10.00 a.m., from noon to 2.30 p.m. and from 6.00 to 10.00 p.m. We are also delighted to offer light snacks in our U-ONE Bar fromnoon to midnight. At weekends, breakfast is available from 6.30 to 11.00 a.m..

Can non-residents also use the restaurant?
Everyone is very welcome at Restaurant UNO - whether for breakfast, a business lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch.

Can special dishes be prepared in the restaurant?
We would be delighted to provide dishes to accommodate your special dietary requirements, prepared in line with your wishes.

Does the hotel offer room service?
You can order dishes from our snack menu from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. We charge EUR 6.90 for room service.

Does the hotel offer meeting or banquet rooms?
For everything from wedding festivities, birthdays, staff parties or seminars, conferences and meetings: We have seven seminar rooms covering 350 m² with capacity for up to 340 people. Our banqueting team would be delighted to help you plan, organise and carry out your event

Does ARCOTEL offer a bonus system?
Ask at reception for our GoodNight passport. After spending ten nights in ARCOTEL hotels, you receive one night free.
