A new menu was launched on 18 November 2017 and the restaurant has gone from strength to strength since the arrival of chef Robert Baier. The restaurant now holds firmly to the principles of freshness and regional products. The cuisine is somewhat similar to the hotel - cosmopolitan, vibrant and international. It is the ideal venue for relaxing with clients, colleagues or your family and sitting down to a fantastic food - from vegetarian to more hearty fare. This variety is what makes us what we are. The FOREIGN AFFAIRS restaurant offers diners a special menu that has been developed by the whole team. You will find vegetarian offerings as well as own homemade dishes. It was particularly important to us to incorporate contemporary culinary trends into our new dining concept.
The restaurant’s design is subtle and modern with great attention to detail and every course features authentic regional cuisine which reflects the hotel’s Austrian roots.
