Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?

What do I do if I wish to confirm my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?
You are welcome to transfer the amount in advance. Please note, we can only guarantee the reservation once the amount has been received in our account.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel, or from the hotel to the airport?
Public Vienna Airport Lines buses stop directly in front of the hotel. We’d be happy to book a personal taxi for you. Find more tips on arriving without a car under “Public transport”.

Where can I park my car?
The hotel has a fee-based parking garage (EUR 16.00 per day) with 30 parking spaces. Four charging stations are also available.  You can find more information under “Car and parking”.

Is the reception staffed 24 hours a day?
Yes, a member of our team is available for you at all times.

Can I pay with credit card?
The ARCOTEL Donauzentrum accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Euro/MasterCard and Visa.

Does the hotel offer internet access?
Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the entire building. 

Does the hotel allow pets?
Pets are permitted in the ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. A fee of EUR 15.00 per pet per day applies.

Are the rooms in the hotel air-conditioned?
All the hotel rooms and public areas are air-conditioned.

Does the hotel have a bar?
Our hotel has a bar where you’ll find refreshments and snacks when you’re feeling a little hungry in between meals.

Does the hotel offer meeting or banquet rooms?
The hotel has five seminar rooms for up to 99 persons and two business suites for small meetings. Our banqueting team would be delighted to help you plan, organise and carry out your event.
