Why Vienna?

Vienna is once again the most liveable city in the world! For seven long years, Melbourne had displaced Vienna from first place – but this year the low risk of terror attacks in Western Europe and the low crime rate gave Vienna extra points in a ranking by news magazine The Economist. The assessment takes into account factors such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, social security, stability and culture. The Austrian capital consistently tops the Mercer Quality of Living Ranking, a comparison of the quality of life in 230 cities worldwide. Vienna has lots of green space, most notably the 21 km long Danube Island just three train stops from ARCOTEL Donauzentrum, as well as cultural sights and attractions such as Hofburg Palace and the neo-gothic City Hall, offering plenty of variety for everyone on a stay in Vienna.
