Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?
Please look for the exact cancellation details which apply to your booked rate. You will find general cancellation terms in our T’s & C’s.

What do I do if I want to confirm my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?
You can also transfer the amount of your reservation in advance, or send us a written acceptance of costs on company letterhead.

What happens to my room if I arrive after 6.00 p.m.?
If you have not guaranteed your reservation, we reserve the right to reallocate your room.

How far is it to the airport/train station? Does the hotel offer a shuttle service? Where can I find travel directions?

What facilities are in your rooms?
Please refer to the room category you have booked or would like for this information.

Is there a laundry / ironing service?
For a small charge of EUR 2.50 per item of clothing, we would be happy to iron your laundry in house. In addition, we can also wash your laundry using one of our partners in line with your requirements. The price list for this can be found in your wardrobe, and it is also available form reception.

Can I change money? Which credit cards do you accept?
We do not offer a foreign currency exchange service. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB. The nearest facility for changing money is around 300 metres from the hotel, at the LBBW by the main train station.

Is there Wi-Fi / business centre / hot spots/ internet terminals? 
We have two internet terminals available for use in reception. Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel.

Is the hotel suitable for non-smokers? Do you have smoking rooms? Where can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. However, we do have 10 smoking rooms.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel? How much does this cost?
You are welcome to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of EUR 15.00 per day. Dogs are not permitted in the wellness area.

Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel has its own underground car park with a daily charge of EUR 19.00 per space. Restaurant and bar guests can park for EUR 2.50 per hour. You can find more information under “Car and parking

Do your meeting rooms have natural light? Do you cater for weddings?
Yes, five of our six meeting rooms have natural light, and we would be delighted to accommodate your wedding reception. You can find more information about our seminar and events area here.

Are you organising a brunch on a Sunday or Public Holiday, for example Christmas, Easter of Mothers’ Day?
We would like to invite you to our Brunch every Sunday from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m., at a price of EUR 35.50 including soft drinks, beer, house wines, coffee and a glass of sparkling wine as an aperitif. On special days such as Easter, Christmas or Mothers’ Day, we offer special, seasonal brunch buffets. You will find further information on our Restaurant WEISSENHOF website.

What dishes does the restaurant offer? Do you also have a kids’/senior citizens’ menu? Do you host themed evenings such as Candlelight Dinner / New Year Gala / Valentine’s Day / St Martin’s Day?
We can provide the right concept for every taste and any occasion. You will find a current menu and our special deals, right up to date, on our Restaurant WEISSENHOF website.

As a hotel guest, can I invite a non-guest for breakfast, or as a non-guest, can I have breakfast at the hotel?
Naturally, you are very welcome to enjoy the Camino breakfast buffet for EUR 22.00.

Do you have allergy-friendly rooms / disability-friendly rooms?
All of our rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers, and we also have two disability-friendly rooms.

Do you offer special dishes for lactose and gluten intolerance, or for wheat allergies? Can you provide Kosher food or vegetarian dishes?
We are happy to organise this, by arrangement with our Head Chef.

What are your restaurant’s opening hours? Do you have 24 hour room service? Is your restaurant open to non-resident guests?
We are very happy to welcome all guest, to lunch and/or dinner, a candlelight dinner, functions such as weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, Christmas parties, or seasonal events!. You will find further information about Restaurant WEISSENHOF on our website.
