How to cancel or modify your reservations?

To maintain the privacy of your data and only you who can cancel it and / or modify reservations we offer a link on your confirmation email from which you can make the cancellation and / or modification.

Cancellation of booking:

• The reservation confirmation email go to the link "Cancel Reservation" will show your booking online.
• Follow the procedure for cancellation.
• Note the cancellation policy book was not going to let you cancel a booking fee or reemolsables not have exceeded the period of hours to be canceled.
• If everything is correct and has canceled your reservation, you will get both you and the hotel an email as proof of cancellation.

Modification of reservation:

• At the confirmation email may modify it.
