Very good hotel. I know its a design hotel but wish it had a touch more luxury/comfort ...it is a llittle stark!

Good hotel but WIFI in the rooms is terrible bad. I complaint twice but nothing changed...

Nice hotel, well situated, close to a Subway station and also within walking distance of the main Hamburg Train Station. Surroundings were Ok, did not have any problem. Applied for an upgrade just for 15 euros a day, and room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Liked the PCs with internet access in the Lobby, as I was travelling without one. Only recommendation is for the staff, maybe a bit more helpful, specially with people who stay for the first time in Hamburg. I would stay there again if I go to Hamburg.

We enjoyed our stay with you very much. Excellent breakfasts. We booked a room for 2 people but when we arrived there was only one duvet, one pillow sh done set of towels and we had to request a second set at reception. We had also requested allergy free bedding but this nor provided on arrival and we had to ask at reception. The staff at reception were very good.

Generally a problem with waiting at the check in desk - not enough space or personnel for the Hotel capacity

Very nice room relative to the value. Breakfast a little too costly

Pleasant stay, except from the wifi - the system is not working with codes and confusion abt. registration at desk etc.
