Despite the fact that I didn't get the room I had reserved and had to stay in another hotel, it was a very positive experience because the way that the employees at Rubin assisted me was very nice and pleasant.

The street outside my room was noisey all night. I think the delivery point for the hotel was below my window. I heard vans/trucks backing up with warning beepers on, carts being loaded onto or off trucks, bottles dropped & broken, people talking, this was going on allthrough the night.

We are very pleased after our visit to ARCOTEL Rubin in Jan. 2011. Friendly staff all the way. We were offered a reasonably priced upgrade, wich we took, and got a wonderful suite. We will definately be back !!

Hotellet har en relativt central og rolig placering. Fin indretning og rummelige værelser. Flink og høflig betjening og service. Morgenmaden er frisk, meget varieret og sund. God bar med spændende drinks. Det eneste minus og et ret stort et af slagsen var at nøglekortet blev sat ud af drift allerede klokken 10 om formiddagen, selvom vi havde værelset til klokken 14 ifølge vort miniophold i Hamburg.

+ wellness facilities + location - noise in the room from airsystem (could not be turned off) - reception not super friendly, just ok. Overall ok.

very friendly and welcoming desk staff, nice modern room. Even paying for upgrade internet it did not improved and had during our stay a very bad connection.

nice stay at this hotel, very clean and modern, nice staff, good location (only 100m from the subway entrance).

I could not find tissue in the room. It was the only problem I found. It was a nice stay however. Thank you.

I was given a internet cable when I asked for wifi. Any Hotel should have wifi. Everything else was better than expected in the hotel. Even the old Maritim have wifi although you have to pay for it. Please provide free wifi and I will be returning to Arcotel Runin on all my Hamburg business trips best Kaare

The Rubin is a lovely designer hotel. It has one theme (including colour and style) that spans the entire building. The rooms are spacey, very quiet and equipped with a highly effective air condition unit. The sauna sith steam room on the top floor leads to a balcony with stupendous views of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. We also enjoyed highly sophisticated dinner at the bistro (Cafe Wien) on the ground floor. The cocktails in the hotel bar are world class.
