Excellent option for price and service in a not bad neighbourhood. The only negative thing was that instead of a big bed as we were expecting were 2 beds together that is not the same comfortability

Apartment: Clean, comfortable, with all necessary appliances. Washing machine with a dry function which was a nice surprise. New cloth, sponge, plenty of paper tissues. Location: 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station Rosenthaler Platz. 5-10 min walk to the nearest big grocery store Rewe Host; Friendly and responsive. Provided instantly what was lacking (iron and board, detergent and laundry hanger). Due to low season late check out inquiry was helpfully met. Recommended minor improvements for the Host: + Turn on the heaters at least one day prior check-in. It was cold inside for awhile. + Add double blanket (duvet) as an option. Not comfortable to sleep for a couple on a double bed covering by a separate single blanket. + Provide detergent, softener and dish washer liquid (if you don't want to turn on the dish washer for a couple of plates) as inclusive option.

The hotel was very nice, the wellness center was very very nice! The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and the shopping areas.

Rubin is a nice hotel with a great location, close to center of hamburg. The breakfast was very good. I have uprgraded my room to a superior, and that include a fast speed internet, but the line was very slow, and did fall out several times

hotel was very clean and nice, room was ok in size, concierge/bell boy was super, bartender was the best = all in all = a very nice stay :-)

Great hotel - helpful and attentive staff. Good location for walking around Hamburg. Easy to get to by public transport.

It was a great stay in the hotel. Great breakfast, nice and clean room, friendly personel. Just the bathroom was a bit small (shower in bath). Location is very central and close to station and U-bahn. Only disadvantage is the street to the hotel is filled with Erotic-shops and prostitution... Its part of Hamburg ofcourse, but maybe for some people a little too close for comfort :-)

Very good hotel. Nice room, good breakfast and sauna at top floor,great. Only comblaint was that lack of door at shower room. You sould at least but some kind of curtain there.

Very nice stay at the Arcotel Rubin Hamburg. The staff were helpful, the room, the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the terrible Wifi connection. Other than the wifi, I would highly recommend this place to stay. Location was great, only a 5-10 minute walk to the Central train station and major shopping streets

Our room was spacious but the lighting was poor. When you entered the room - where the closet, safe , bench for luggage were located there was no light. I had to use my flashlight to see what was in the closet.
