Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, marvelous breakfast buffet, very service minded and competent bartenders at the Crystal Bar. Nice relax with saunas for all desires and a magnificent view over Hamburg. I felt like a queen!

It was my 4th stay at your excellent hotel. Good as always. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to give a key at the third person who stayed with us in suite 714, despite the fact his name was on the confirmation. The extra charge of 40.- € per night for a simple sheet on a sofa is a bit overdue.

Super hotel, stort værelse og god seng, og det allerbedste var at der ingen støj var, og vi boede på 1. Sal. Eneste minus er det gratis internet, der er ret dårligt, men bedre kan tilkøbes. Morgenmaden er helt fantastisk afsæt mindst en time til at nyde den, og bestil en latte eller espresso i stedet for tynd alm kaffe. Kan kun anbefale dette hotel, super beliggenhed når du skal til Pride.

We enjoyed our stay at you hotel except for the fact that on the first night when we were ready to sleep we found that there was only a set of bed covers for one person as well as towels for only one person. I went down to the reception desk and let the lady their know and she put it on her paper list of things to do, after 45 minutes with no response I went down again and the same lady said she would call the servicing people again. After another 45 minutes of waiting I went down again to request the bed cover and told her I would wait in the lobby now until someone gave me the cover so I could go to sleep. This time the lady that I had talked to on 2 previous occasions was still there but there was another woman and a man at the reception counter as well and when I told them my story of waiting 1.5 hours to get a bed cover so I could go to sleep the newer lady told the other one that she should go do it herself and she finnaly did. Another problem is that in room 202 the shower drain seems to be plugged up and fills with water quick, I picked out the cover but could not see where the stoppage was. On a good note when we had problems with wifi in the room the receptionist sent a person within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The breakfest was well done as well! Besides for the problem mentioned above everything went well and when we come back to your lovely city we would stay at your establishment again. Thank you

The Hotel is closed to the center and shopping area. Very clean, helpful personnel. Very good breakfast.

Fitness room could have been better equipped. Maid service should fill up amenities. Not really a big thing, but ... The bar and staff is very good, excellent gin. Front desk staff helpful and polite.
