The only comments I have to do is that the check in is too late and There is no Internet coverage in every room,so I had to change the rooms!The breakfast is a bit overpriced as well! Otherwise the hotel itself and comfort of the rooms are exselantM

Excellent hotel and excellent value. Great staff and central location. Breakfast buffet choice is enormous with everything you are likely to need.

The internet connection was slow, and I was not prepared to list what I had taken from the minibar at checkout. I thought these things were dealt with automatically. Other than that, everything was fine.

Overall the experience was good - great hotel, good service. We did, however, have to demand on arrival that our two rooms got placed closer to each other. We had been given two rooms very far from each other - even though we had booked them with a comment that we needed them to be close (big family, small kids...) BUT then we got to rooms that shared a door and it was PERFECT! It took quite a while the get the new room cleaned - and it was done a bit hastily though... the only reason we rate you 4 and not 5 :)

The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. There was no top sheets on the bed in my room, only a fitted sheet which is quite random. The internet in my room did not connect and I had to go to the lobby area to use the WiFi.
