• Am I able to change or cancel my reservation any time?
  You can cancel your reservation without charge until 6.00 p.m. the day of arrival. You will find the explicit conditions of cancellation on your confirmation of reservation.

• What about my room if I arrive after 6.00 p.m.?
  If your reservation is not guaranteed, we have the authorization to rent the room to someone else.

• What if I don't have a credit card and I want to guarantee my reservation?
  You can either transfer the amount of money ahead of time or send an assumption of costs on your company letterhead.

• What type of credit cards do you accept? Is money exchange possible?
  We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express. Money exchange of foreign currency up to EUR 500.00 is possible.

• What is the distance to the airport/train station?
  The Blue Danube Airport Linz is located 15 km from the hotel, the main station of Linz about 3 km.

• May I bring my dog? How much does it cost?
  Of course you are allowed to bring along your dog. For your pet we will charge a fee of EUR 15.00 per night.

• What are the room amenities?

• Do all rooms have air conditioning?
  All floors have an air circulation system, which regulates the temperature on each level. In addition every room has a separate heater and windows that can be opened.

• Do you have (free) internet access?
  We have WLAN internet access in all public areas, in our seminar rooms and in all rooms on all floors.
  For High Speed internet access we charge:
• 1-hour-ticket (valuable 2 days):  EUR 3,00
• 3-hour-ticket (valuable 2 days):  EUR 5,00
• 24-hour-ticket (valuable 2 days):  EUR 9,00

• Is smoking allowed inside the hotel or do you have smoking rooms?
  Generally the entire hotel is a non-smoking area except our KÉ café & bar. 

• Do you have an onsite parking area? How much does it cost?
  A public car park with 300 parking spaces is located in front of the hotel. The first half hour is free, every additional 30 minutes costs EUR 1.20. For our guests we charge a reduced fee of EUR 13.00 per 24 hours (instead of EUR 17.00). The parking area is under video surveillance.

• Do you have laundry and ironing services?
  We offer a laundry service from Monday to Friday. If you deposit your laundry by 8.30 a.m., it will be returned by 6.00 p.m. the same day. If you leave your laundry after 8.30 a.m., you will get it back the next day.

• Does the hotel offer a wellness or spa area?
  Our wellness and spa area is at your disposal for free and equipped with indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. More information about offers and opening hours please contact the front office.

• May I use the indoor pool outside the regular opening hours?
  Of course you can use the indoor pool outside of the opening hours. For usage contact our reception staff. Sauna and steam bath use only during the opening hours.

• What time is the dasRESTAURANT open? Do you offer room service 24/7?
  The opening hours of our dasRESTAURANT are from Sunday to Friday 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., Saturdays from 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. We offer room service daily from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.

• May I have breakfast as a non-hotel guest?
  Our rich breakfast buffet is also available for non-hotel guests for a price of EUR 20.00.

• Do you offer brunch on Sundays or on public holidays or any other theme nights?
  On chosen Sundays we offer our Swinging Family Brunch (Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas). Every Friday evening we offer WINE & DINE, a 5 course menu with a guided wine tasting. Every Saturday starting at 6.30 p.m. we offer a "Candlelight Dinner" in a romantic atmosphere with a 4-course menu and live piano music. Every 1st Thursday a month (except August) our "Art & Culture" takes place starting at 6 p.m. with regular art exhibitions and guided wine tastings. More information and dates here.

• Does the hotel offer seminar and banquet rooms?
  Our hotel provides 8 seminar rooms located either on the ground level or on the 1st floor, mostly with daylight and a view of the Danube. The rooms range from 25 up to 210 sq. m and admit up to 180 participants. More information about our seminar offers can be found here.

• Is a video projector included in the conference package?
  A video projector is not included in our regular conference package. The daily fee is EUR 125.00 or you may either choose our all-inclusive conference package (starting from 10 persons), in which the fee is included.

• Do I have to pay extra room rent if I book a wedding?
  We generally don't charge extra room rent for company celebrations, anniversaries, Christmas staff parties and private occasions and banquets for weddings, baptisms or graduations.
