The hotel was very comfortable and nice. The people at the reception was great. Only one thing, I came to Austria by car and it was quite difficult to find a place to park my car during the night. Best regards

Very pleasant and helpful personel, very nice and attractive rooms, great location.

The room was very nice, the staff were helpful, and the food in the restaurant was great. But there were three problems: (1) the wireless Internet in my room didn't work, so I had to use a cable, and even then it still didn't work well; (2) the room was unbearably hot, with no air conditioning; and (3) a club right below the hotel was playing very loud live music until after 11pm.

very comfortable, spacious and clean room and bathroom, nice view from window and excellent breakfast.Moser Verdino is very well placed, next to shopping area and beautiful streets and plazas of Klagenfurt, if you arrive by train, take a taxi. we would have stayed longer, if possible, because of the hotel and the beautiful city of Klagenfurt.We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend Arcotel and I would definitely stay there again!

A very well situated hotel right in the heart of the city. Friendly staff, large and clean room with flat tv and dvd. The breakfast buffé was rich and well tasting. A good value for money!

very helpful staff. room was excellent & spotlessly clean. well situated for walking around Klagenfurt. Considering the hotel was completely full, it was very quiet at all times. Slight problems with the phone systems. I will certainly return thank you

It is a very convenient and pleasant hotel. Clean and spacious, Most facilities available, except kettle tea maker would have been perfect! fantastic free wireless service. Nice friendly bar, always filled with customers with regular entertainment. I would like to stay there again next time I travel to Klagenfurt with my friends and family! Rating 5! Lily YEUNG UK

All was perfect, big and nice room,restauranr very good, and prices good too. No problems, check in and check out fast, receptionist's very professional and helpful.I will come again if i will go to Klagenfurt in the future.

2 things: 1) I had requested a non-smoking room, and was told that all rooms were non-smoking. But the room I was given stunk like smoke. The receptionist, though, was helpful in giving me another room AND going to check that room so I didn't have to bring my bags up and down again. (I'm 7 mos pregnant!) 2) I just wish that the kitchen in the cafe had better hours. Being pregnant, I wanted to eat quite often. With the snow and ice, walking around town on a Sunday looking for something to eat a few times a day wasn't fun.

Very good hotel. Excellent position. Breakfast is too expensive.

A very clean efficient spacious hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My only suggestion would be to have basic coffee/tea making facilities in the bedrooms.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel on a flying visit to Klagenfurt in early December. The hotel was in an ideal central location.The reception and coffee shop staff were both friendly and efficient. I would definately recommend this hotel for a business or city break stay.
