- Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time I wish?

- What can I do if I want to guarantee my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?
You are welcome to pay the room charge in advance, or to send us written confirmation on company letterhead that the room charge will be covered.
- What happens to my room reservation if I arrive after 6.00 p.m.?
Unless you have guaranteed your reservation (by credit card or by paying in advance) we are under no obligation to hold the room free for you.
- How far is it to the airport or train station? Is there a shuttle service?
It is around 4.8 km to the airport and 1 km to the train station. We do not offer a free shuttle service but we are happy to order you a taxi.
- Where can I park my car?
The public car park at the "Neuen Platz" is just a minute walk from the hotel. The fee for 24 hours is EUR 13.50 per parking space. There is also the possibility to rent a space in the car parking garage "Geyerschütt", which is about 2-4 minutes walk from the ARCOTEL Moser Verdino. The price for this garage is EUR 10.50 per 24 hours.
- Is the reception manned 24 hours a day?
Yes, a member of our team is available around the clock.
- Can I change money in the hotel? Can I pay by credit card?
We do not offer a currency exchange service. The ARCOTEL Moser Verdino accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa.
- Can I access the internet in the hotel?
In all the guest rooms, in the entire public area and in the seminar rooms you can access the internet via WLAN.
- Does the hotel have an internet terminal?
There is an internet terminal available for free use in the hotel lobby next to the reception.
- How are the rooms furnished?
Please refer to the details about your reserved or required room category.
- Does the hotel have a laundry service?
You are welcome to leave your laundry at the reception where it will be collected by an external laundry service. The laundry price list is included in the guest information folder in your room. There is a 10% surcharge for the same-day express service.
- Can I bring my pet with me when I stay at the hotel?
Pets are allowed at the ARCOTEL Moser Verdino hotel, subject to a daily surcharge of EUR 15.00.
- Is the restaurant open to everyone or is it reserved for hotel guests?
The Cafébar Moser Verdino is open to everyone.
- As a hotel guest, can I invite non-guests to join me for breakfast, and can I breakfast at the hotel if I am not a guest myself?
We welcome everyone to the Moser Verdino buffet breakfast. The cost is EUR 13.50 per person.
- When is the Cafébar Moser Verdino open, and do you also offer room service?
Our café is open daily from 6.30 a.m. to midnight. We are happy to offer room service, subject to an additional charge of EUR 6.90.
- Do you have theme nights, such as candlelight dinners, or special offers around Easter, Christmas or New Year, etc.?
The Cafébar Moser Verdino holds seasonal events and can organise special theme nights when given advanced notice.
- Is your restaurant staff qualified? Do you have a sommelier?
All our bar and waiting staff are trained hotel and restaurant industry professionals. Therefore they also have a thorough knowledge of wine.
- Does the hotel have conference and banqueting facilities?
Three generous banquet and meeting rooms with daylight are available on the first floor. Two rooms can be combined and with a total of 120 sqm they provide capacity for up to 120 persons.
- Does ARCOTEL operate a bonus system?
Request your own GoodNight Passport at reception. For every 15 nights spent at an ARCOTEL hotel you will be awarded one free overnight stay.
