I have been stayed at this place for many years when I participate the meeting at IAEA. The working hour of the executive lounge should start early in the morning and late at night is ok.

Very comfortable and great breakfast! Very easy walk with an underpass to the Vienna International Centre and U1 connections to the city centre.

Lovely stay, very good hotel. good atmosphere. nice rooms. thank you for the umbrella service. I only dined once in the hotel, for vegetarians not much choice on the menu. Didn’t really like the (large) pillows, maybe you can have more choice?

Nice clean hotel. Food in restaurant was of a good standard. rooms were clean, but lack of wardrobe space, hooks only, would be limiting for a long stay

We liked a lot of things in this hotel : room was superior, with a great balcony, on the 5th floor. Executive lounge was very well managed by very capable and friendly staff!!, but also frontdesk personell impressed us at the first step into the hotel. The restaurant was another good one, but we've seen better or say more choices at breakfast in simmilar range of hotels. The first two nights we had a struggle with the hard matrasses and the very soft pillows or thick roll. We didn't comment it at the hotel itself, maybe there would have been a solution to this "problem". We will surely recommend this hotel and also the city to friends and family.

First time ever I have fully been satisfied with the conditions in a hotel. Everything (from room cleanliness to hospitality) was just extraordinary. This definitely deserves a clear recognition, and I sincerely appreciate your diligent service. I will in the future come to Vienna for my IAEA meetings and always stay in your Hotel. nice hotel! clean, comfortable, quite. good location - just a few minutes from the U-Bahn (U1 line leading directly at the very heart of Vienna). Polite and well trained personnel. We are very satisfied with our 2 day' stay there.

Nice, clean, new, in a way standard business hotel with some small nice details making it more personal. The only minus is the restaurant that offers only rather expensive menu, and not so much choice to normal business travelers needing something small and less expensive.

Wi-fi wasn't working on the executive floor otherwise I would have given you a 5. Overall very good indeed, thank you

Staff was very helpful, room was clean. However I was unable to access the internet from my room, did not have any face washcloths during my stay and the lighting in the room was very poor. The electrical outlet in the bathroom that could handle 120/240V was very helpful..could use one like that in the main room also. I was very happy that I could check in early after 18hours of traveling. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others.

Danke, Danke, Danke!!! Great hotel, comfortable, modern and fashionable. Price for one night stay was really reasonable. Staff was extremly helpful and friendly, all spoke English. Breakfast a little bit pricy, EURO 20, but very high quality with a wide variety of choices. Location is superb.
