I requested if there's a possibility of upgrading my room but the front desk staff advised that I need to pay extra for that. So she seemed didnt really understand what my request. Beside this, everything is fine in the hotel.

Excellent location and very good service from friendly and professional staff. Room was a bit smaller than expected for the level of the hotel, but very clean and well decorated.

Modern hotel in a perfect location, very good customer service and bar staff. It would be a five out of five if the pillows and quilts in our room had been a better quality.

We visited Arcotel John F for four nights during December Christmas Markets and we were more than satisfied. Clean, quiet and great value for money! The hotel is a great spot to get to know Berlin better. The panoramic rooms are a perfect choice for the romantic ones! I would definitely recommend it!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the Arcotel J F. The staff were helpful and friendly, we asked for extra pillows and a kettle and they arrived at our room within minutes. As we had not visiyed Berlin before we found the position very central and we were able to walk to many sights, museums ans restaurants during our visit. A big thankyou to all the staff in the hotel and restaurant

Very helpful and friendly staff, great rooms. Central location, free WIFI and acoffeemaker in the room makes this my favorite hotel in Berlin.

Everybody I met ranging from the reception to the breakfast was nice and kind in assisting me despite my inability to command German. Because of the wonderful experience, I liked not only your hotel but also the city of Berlin.

Excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff. Centrally located for all sights and would definitely consider staying here again. Only reason I never gave it a 5 was due to lack of tea/coffee facilities in our room. First hotel (other than all inclusives) that I have stayed at that does not have this facility.
