    Directions on how to get to the hotel from the Haptbahnhof in the midst of all the construction would be good. Its easy when you know but horrendous when you dont.

    There was nothing on your booking website that asked me if I was okay with a smoking room. I was not okay with one and didn't know that I needed to specify that in order to not be placed into a smoking room. I'd like to recommend that you make your site more clear as to this matter.

Therefore, we still have some guests who want a smoking room, the ARCOTEL Camino still offers smoking rooms. It may be, especially at dates were we´re almost fully booked, that some guests who did not mention any room remarks, get a smoking room. We feel sorry, that you got a smoking room and we noticed, that you won´t get such a room in the future. We hope, you will visit us again sometime in the future and we wish you all the best.
