Hotel ARCOTEL Camino Stuttgart

The hotel was excellent, same was the staff of the hotel, however I think the Breakfast should be in the room rate,..or cheaper than 20 Euro...or...provide Breakfast in the room.

It was hard to make reservation by e-mail. Now confirmation I received althoug your colleague said on the phone it would come soon.

Hotel fantastic, location fantastic, staff fantastic but bar and food prices are extremely expensive.

Hotel is terrific! We had a great stay and appreciated assistance by Carmen with our reservation. The hotel is of an excellent standard, close to the train station and we enjoyed food each night in either the bar (thank you Sasha) or restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay, we just didn't know what the purpose of the red light in the bathroom was and found no information in the leaflet. We loved receiving free apples in our room, it was a nice attention.

Because of the red light in the room which priority is to heat, I would you like to explain you that one of the requirements being classified in a four star superior hotel is a heater in the bathroom. We decided this kind of “heater” which secondly makes a nice atmosphere and is very environmentally friendly. Again thank you very much for your statement. The hotel was easy to locate and parking was available. The hotel staff was really friendly in providing details for the Volksfest event we attended. The hotel room was great and we enjoyed the night. The shower was great and a great bed! We enjoyed our stay but did not stay for breakfast, too expensive and we had to get on the road early.

Zwar war das Schlafzimmer gut ausgestattet aber wir fanden es zu klein für den Preis.

Great room with free wireless Internet. Air conditioning was not very powerful since outside temps were cool, but coming out of the shower it is nice to have the dehumidifying effects of ac regardless of what the outdoors temp is. Location is great for Stuttgart main train station access, but it is nit intuitive since you have to walk between office buildings and take an outdoor elevator. Reception staff was wonderful. We always received promot plies to emails and they were spot on with train, subway directions. Fresh apples as room decoration were a surprise!

Our stay was lovely and the hotel was very helpful, clean and welcoming. Our room was huge, which was pretty unexpected, and we had a lovely stay. Thank you! Next time we are in Stuttgart we will be sure to come back!
