- Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?

- Is there another way to guarantee my reservation, if I do not have a credit card?
You can also transfer the amount in advance or you can send a confirmation of cost transfer written on business paper.
- What happens if the arrival is after 6.00 p.m.?
If the reservation is not guaranteed, we may let the room to another guest.
- How far is the rail station/airport? Is there a shuttle-service available? Where can I find directions and a map for the arrival by car?

- Is there a Payback system available at ARCOTEL?
With the GoodNight Passport we offer you for every 15th stay one night free of charge. You get the GoodNight Passport and more information at the reception desk of your ARCOTEL hotel.
- Where can i find more information about the room description?

- Is there a laundry and iron service available?
Inhouse ironing is available for EUR 2,50 per piece of clothing. Furthermore we offer a laundry service through a partner company. You can find the pricelist in every cupboard in the room, respectively you get the information at the reception.
- Do you change money? | What kind of credit card to you accepts?
We do not offer a money exchange service. We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS und JCB.
- Are there Wireless LAN / Business center / Hot Spots / Internet terminals available? What do you charge for it?
There are two free-of-charge Internet-terminals available at the reception. You can use the W-LAN for free in the whole public area of the ARCOTEL Camino. Access codes are available at our reception desk. All rooms are equipped with high-speed-internet-access on payment of a small fee.
- Is smoking in the public area of the hotel prohibited? Are there smoking rooms available?
Smoking in the public area of the hotel is not permitted. There are 20 smoker rooms available.
- Are dogs allowed in the hotel? What do you charge for dogs?
Dogs are hearty welcome. We charge EUR 15,00 per day and dog. Dogs are not allowed at the restaurant as well as in the wellness area.
- Do you have parking lots? What do you charge for them? Is the parking space also for restaurant and bar guests available?
We have 34 parking lots in our garage as well as 15 outdoor lots. Parking lots are available at EUR 16,00 per night. The parking lots as well as the whole hotel area are under video surveillance. Our guests at Restaurant WEISSENHOF and BAR SCALA may use parking lots at the rate of EUR 2,00 per hour.
- Do your meeting area have day light? Are there special offers for weddings?
Yes, five of six meeting rooms have day light. It is our pleasure to plan your special wedding at the ARCOTEL Camino. This and much more information to our seminar- and meeting-area is available at our website.
- Do you arrange Sundays-lunch /-brunch or on holiday-lunch / -brunch, for example at Christmas / Easter, or Mother´s day….?
We offer special, seasonal buffets or brunch on special dates like Christmas, Easter, Mothes Day, ... Please find detailed information at the website of Restaurant WEISSENHOF.
- What do you serve at Restaurant WEISSENHOF? Do you have a special card for kids and seniors? Do you offer Candlelight Dinner/New Year’s Eve menu or gala eve/Valentines-menu//Mothers day special?

- Can guests, which are no hotel guests, have breakfast at the ARCOTEL Camino / can hotel guests bring friends for breakfast?
Of course the breakfast buffet is available for everyone at a price of EUR 20.00 per breakfast buffet! Similarly the ARCOTEL breakfast invitation is b used in that case…
- Do you have allergic rooms | barrier-free rooms available?
All our rooms are adapted for persons suffering from an allergy. We have two barrier-free rooms.
- Do you serve food for lactose- and gluten- or wheat flour- intolerance people, as well as kosher food and dishes for vegetarians?
We can orange special wishes by agreement with our chef Carsten Lopp.
- What are the opening hours in your Restaurant? Do you serve 24 hours room service? Is your restaurant open just for hotel guests?
