In order to maintain its high standards, the company attaches major importance to a verifiable quality management system. Since 2004, a systematic quality monitoring has lastingly ensured that ARCOTEL standards are complied with and has constituted an integral element of the group’s management.
Certified by TÜV Rhineland:
- The group certification process was successfully completed by all ARCOTEL Hotels. In addition to a document check and on-site audits, TÜV Rhineland used mystery analyses to inspect the hotels’ service quality from the guests’ point of view
Cooperation with the independent analysis tool “TrustYou”:
- In order to use guest feedback from all the relevant online portals, such as tripadvisor.de or holidaycheck.de, to safeguard the ARCOTEL Hotels’ quality standards, our quality management team, in close cooperation with our hotels, checks our reputation on the Internet on an ongoing basis. We consider these review portals a great opportunity for quality assurance

- A support team implements measures together with the executive managers and employees of the ten ARCOTEL Hotels and acts as a competent contact, enabling the use of synergies and safeguarding of standards in the long term.
