Hotel ARCOTEL Allegra Zagreb

Perfect breakfast and super nice staff. Very good location, close to center and the cinema and shopping are even closer. I will always come back.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Excellent value for money. Comfortable, modern rooms, helpful and polite staff - which is not very common to come across in Zagreb

I stayed from the 17th until the 20th of January, and the hospitality and politeness made it a very pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The only regret that I had was that I stayed at this hotel only one night. I should have stayed more!

Room was nice, modern, well-kept. A quiet night's rest. Staff very friendly, spoke English. Good wine at the bar, enjoyed the music selection.

It's been a short but a very nice stay, the room was clean, calm and well equipped, the service was excellent and the breakfast was really magnificent!

The hotel has a fantastic location close to the city. The staff was extremely nice helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and the of a good size. The breakfast and food was good. The bacon was the best I have ever eaten. The minus was that the room had no view at all and faced the backyard and we gad to keep our curtains closed all the time and thats th reason for a 4 instead of a 5 in my score.

The only negative comment I had was that the beds were too firm. All in our party of four awoke during the night with back and hip pains. However, when brought to the attention of Dijana at the front desk, she solved our problem. Overall, we were very happy with your staff & the comfort of our stay. We would recommend you to anyone traveling to Zagreb!

Very nice hotel & very good service from all staff. Two issues I would like to mention, firstly the wi-fi was weak in the rooms with continous drop-outs, secondly our stay was extended & at time of requesting extension one price was quoted but upon check-out a higher price was charged.

We´d like to apologize for all the caused inconvenience. There is also business center at the hotel lobby including two computers which you can use in the case of bad or no signal. Regarding the rates i must mention that our rates are formed upon occupancy of the hotel. The higher the occupancy, the higher the rates. It was the same in your case when you extended you stay. SPA area isn't man/woman separated, we were scared to use it. That's a benefit but we can't enjoy it!!
