- Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?

- Where exactly is the hotel located?
ARCOTEL Hotel Allegra is situated in Zagreb city centre, just 15 minutes walk from the main square and a few minutes from the bus and railway stations.
- Do you provide a transfer from the airport to the hotel?
The airport provides a bus service from the airport to the bus station, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (departs every 30 minutes). We can also arrange a personal taxi transfer. You just need to contact Reception at the Hotel or our Reservations Department and make a request.
- Does the hotel have its own parking facilities?
There is an underground parking with 400 parking spaces and direct access to the lobby of the hotel in the Branimir Center, where the hotel is located. Parking charges can be paid at the hotel reception.
- Is it also possible to make a reservation without breakfast?
Yes, it is possible to make a reservation without breakfast. Simply let us know when you are making your reservation.
- Which credit cards are accepted by the hotel?
ARCOTEL Hotel Allegra Zagreb accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB and Diners.
- Is it possible to pay in EURO?
All the payments are made in Croatian kunas.
- Is it possible to pay in advance?
The advance payment is only possible for companies or other legal entities, not for private persons.
- How far in advance should I book a room?
The prices are based on the hotel's occupancy. The higher the hotel's occupancy, the higher the room price. The sooner you book, the better rate you get!
- How far in advance should I cancel a reservation?
The terms of the cancellation can be found in your booking confirmation. Once you have received your booking confirmation, please make sure to read the terms and conditions carefully.
- Is it possible to book multiple rooms?
If you want to book multiple rooms, please contact our reservations department for more information on more favorable booking conditions.
- How much do you charge for half board and full board?
We charge EUR 23.00 for half board and EUR 44.00 for full board per person.
- What is the difference between the different room categories?
The hotel rooms are divided into the following categories: Comfort Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Superior Rooms, Junior Suites and Suites. All rooms are the same size, but they differ in the level of service and the amenities they provide. Please follow the link “rooms” to get more information!
- Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?
The hotel has a certain number of smoking rooms. When making your reservation or on check-in at the hotel, please specify whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room.
- Does the hotel have rooms with separate beds?
When making your reservation or on check-in at the hotel, just let us know that you want a room with separate beds.
- Do you offer a discount for children?
Children under 12 years stay free of charge, and children 12 to 16 years old receive a 50% discount on the room rate.
- Does the hotel have rooms that can be connected with each other (so called: connectable rooms)?
The hotel has a certain number of interconnecting rooms. When making a reservation, please state your preferences.
- Is there a charge to use the gym and spa area?
The use of the gym and spa facilities is complimentary to all our guests. But we also offer individually tailored training programs with our coaches, which are charged according to the current price list.
- Is there a charge for using WLAN internet access?
The wireless Internet access is free of charge and available throughout the hotel. Please contact the front desk to get a free code for access.
- Is it possible to book a tourist guide at the hotel?

- Are there business facilities, such as conference rooms?
