Where exactly is the hotel located?
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just 15 minutes’ walk from the main square and close to the bus and train stations. Find all information about our location here.

Is there a transfer service from the airport to the hotel?
There is a bus transfer (leaving every 30 minutes) from the airport to the bus station, which is very near the hotel. On request, it is also possible to arrange a personal taxi transfer with our reception staff or the booking department. Find more tips on arriving without a car under “Public transport”.

Does the hotel have its own parking?
There is a parking garage with direct access to the hotel lobby. You can find more information under “Car and Parking

Can I also reserve a room without breakfast?
Yes, you can reserve a room without breakfast. Just let us know your preference at the time of booking.

What credit cards are accepted by the hotel?
The hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB and Diners Club.

Can I pay in euros?
Payment can only be made in kuna.

Can I pay in advance?
Advance payment is possible for legal persons, but not for natural persons.

How far in advance should I book a room?
Room rates depend on the hotel’s occupancy. The fuller the hotel, the higher the price of accommodation. So the earlier you book, the cheaper it is!

How far in advance should I cancel a reservation?
Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation conditions. Once you receive your booking confirmation, please read the terms and conditions carefully.

Can I book a large number of rooms?
If you wish to book multiple rooms, please call the booking department for more information on improved terms for your booking.

What is the surcharge for half board and full board?
For any questions about half board and full board, please contact the booking department.

What is the difference between the room categories?
The hotel’s rooms are divided into the following categories: Comfort rooms, Deluxe rooms, Superior rooms, Junior suites and Suites. Comfort rooms (23-26m²), Deluxe rooms (23-26m²), Superior rooms (26m²), Junior suites (38m²) and Suites (57m²). All room categories differ in their facilities and the services provided.

Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?
The hotel has a certain amount of smoking rooms. Just let us know during booking or at check-in whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room.

Does the hotel have rooms with twin beds?
Just let us know during booking or at check-in that you want a room with twin beds.

Is there a discount for children?
Children under 12 can stay in their parent’s room free of charge.

Does the hotel have rooms that can be connected to each other?
The hotel has a certain amount of interconnected rooms. Please let us know during booking that you want an interconnected room.

What are the fees for using the sauna and Healthy Fit areas?
Use of the sauna and Healthy Fit areas is free for all hotel guests. All hotel guests may use our workout equipment free of charge (unsupervised). Individual and group training session supported by our fitness instructors can be arranged on request, and will be charged according to the official price list.

What are the fees for Wi-Fi Internet access?
Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge and available throughout the hotel. Please go to reception to get the free WiFi access code.

Can I book a personal city tour guide in the hotel?
The hotel can arrange a guided tour of the city for you. For further information please contact our sales and booking department.

Does the hotel have capacity for conferences and meetings?
The hotel has 3 conference spaces which can accommodate up to 120 people and 4 business suites which are ideal for small meetings and working groups. For further information please contact our sales and booking department.
